Mark J. Woolhiser President & CEO Mark J. Woolhiser is a Principal at MBC Investment Consulting, Inc. (“MBCIC”), an NRP Member Firm. NRP, National Retirement Partners, is a full service pension and employee benefit consulting firm specializing in the design, investments and administration of retirement programs. These programs consist of 403(b), 457, pension, profit sharing and 401(k) retirement savings plans. Mr. Woolhiser, who is an Investment Advisor Representative of Sigma Planning Corporation, is in charge of investment consulting and investment advisory services for MBCIC. Mr. Woolhiser has written for various professional associations (most recently, Pension & Investment Age Magazine) and is a frequent guest speaker in the retirement industry. His recent speaking engagements include the Plan Design Conference, as well as the Future of Asset Allocation Funds Conference, where he spoke on Stable Value Options; both events were hosted by PLANSPONSOR. Mr. Woolhiser has a B.S. in Business Administration, with a double major in Marketing and Finance from Central Michigan University. Prior to joining MBCIC, he was a Managing Director of the Great Lakes Region for ING Financial Advisers. During his tenure, he was responsible for over $2 billion in plan assets and over 4,000 qualified plans. Mr. Woolhiser’s licenses include FINRA Series 7, 26, 63, 65. Life/Health and Variable Health. |
